You have to be registered on nsrca.us (make up your
own user name and password--this is different from

for accessing the K-Factor) to make posts in the
forum. Once you are logged in on nsrca.us, the
link should take you to the forum with posting
privileges.
If you have trouble getting the confirmation e-mail
from nsrca.us (some sites filter e-mail very
aggressively), let me know. Any of the webteam
administrators can approve and confirm your
registration by using the Community Builder
tools in the back end (Community Builder/User
Management/search e-mail/edit the tab that
has the approve/confirm fields in it).
