<DIV><FONT face=Arial>I agree with Dave. Also, the 8411 works fine with the 14MZ whereas the 8611 is prone to oscillation (suspect a mismatch with the 14MZ refresh rate). </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial> OTOH, the 9155, BLS351, & 9156 (in order of power) Futaba servos all work well on the rudder @ 6v. I've also noted a different "feel" with the brushless servos that, I suspect, is a result of motor rotor mass. While the total transit time of a brushless & coreless servo may be the same, the brushless seems to start slower which seems to result in a bit smoother feel. I also don't see any benefit to torque above 200 oz - in, but this may vary with airplane design.</FONT></DIV>

Is that extra torque as compared to an 8411 class servo really buying you anything? I'm always reluctant to go to a metal gear servo, although the 8611 is pretty low on slop as MG servos go.</SPAN></FONT></P></DIV>
