For those on rr.com (who can't get this e-mail, but may be following via<br>
the web archives), I've opened ticket ID [security.rr.com #55518] with<br>
them to investigate why their mail servers are deferring mail delivery<br>
from the NSRCA list server to RR customers. For those familiar with<br>
e-mail and SPAM control at the ISP level, the list server isn't on any<br>
DNS RBL lists or anything like that. The problem is that for some<br>
reason the RR.com mail servers cannot resolve the list server IP address<br>
back to a hostname so they are refusing to accept e-mail.<br>
<br>
Looking at the logs, the problem started early yesterday morning (Oct.<br>
22nd). The failures look like this:<br>
