Bob, your idea of running a thermostatically controlled flap seems pretty viable and easy to do. 4 gram controller hooked to a 4 gram servo would get the job done. Now where to find such a controller..... ? Oh wait.... my batts are out in the wind...... : )<BR>

But I'm not sure I like the idea of placing anything electrically conductive between the cells. Best to provide an air space between the cells and duct the cooling air between them.</DIV>
