<DIV>The NSRCA board voted this past weekend to select Gary Courtney to
complete the remainder of Lamar Blair's term as D3 VP. We received
interest from 3 qualified candidates and received a number of email messages
from various D3 members giving their support to each of the candidates.
Thank you to all the candidates for stepping up and making yourselves
available to help steer D3 in the right direction. The spirit of
volunteerism is alive and well!</DIV>
