resumes soon to have someone lead this effort (project manage) and to coordinate
everything that will happen. This may be the CD or it may not. I
personally think that these should be two separate people that can work together
on this (along with the board of the NSRCA) to manage the entire process from
beginning to end. The sooner we start planning - the

about every 10 years, and it is about that time again! So, we have a
