perennial Intermediate friend Billy left us this A.M. after a severe bout with
Lung cancer that had matasticised to many other organs including his
brain.</FONT></DIV>

us all and never hesitated to go the extra mile to help in every situation.
District One guys will be less for his passing.He will be greatly
