they look good. The plastic hub versions are more durable than the Dave Brown
wheels and the foam is a little more dense. They will flat spot a little but
they come back to shape quickly. Usually after a takeoff and landing you don't
see the flat spot anymore. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>I fly almost exclusively off pavement and these wheels wear
the best of any I have used.</FONT></DIV>

while since I weighed them. There are lighter choices out there but not by much

weighed a bunch of different wheels and found the Dubro lite wheels to be
the lightest of the ones I bought or had. 16.6 gms for a pair of 2 ¼”
wheels. They hold up fairly well and I fly off of asphalt. I do
store my planes hanging from the tail though. I replaced one set last

the model....for any brand, foam type tread. Stands work fine or you
can stand the model on its nose with wheels against the wall. Or hang it
from thetail with wheels against the wall. Either way, you're taking the

before....I use the lightest foam treaded wheels I can find (something
around 8-10 grams for a 2 3/4") and ca a ring of bike inner tube on the
foam. The wheels last much much longer even when flying off
