If you use A123 or Nimh packs <BR>they can be wired directly into the receiver, no switch and no <BR>regulators in line. <BR><BR>As a footnote, when I used it I had two A123 lithium packs, one powered <BR>only the receiver as "Batt 1" and the other powered the reciver as <BR>"Batt-2" and also powered the ignition. I have done this mow several <BR>times with Spektrum receivers with no problem whatsoever. The A123 packs <BR>have so much capacity it seemed a shame to carry even more for the ign
