New sequences shouldn't be a reason to need recertification. And if there are only a couple of changes in the rules, they can easily be addressed at the pilots meeting. I also don't feel like coughing up cash at a local seminar and having to sit through this stuff again a year later just because FAI had some minor changes. And I have no intention of sitting through it at the Nats when I could be off somewhere getting the practice I so desperately need. Then again, I'd be happy to be relegated to judging an AMA class instead of FAI for a change of pace.<g>

> Date: Tue, 12 Feb 2008 16:39:32 -0500
> From: rickwallace45@gmail.com
> To: nsrca-discussion@lists.nsrca.org
> Subject: Re: [NSRCA-discussion] Recertification for the Nats
>
> According to the NSRCA membership database, for those who certified
> last year both the AMA and FAI certifications expire on 12/31/08.
> Are there new FAI rules for '09?
