have had similar experiences with construction foam. Difficult to control and
heavy. What has worked was splicing in pieces of the shucks with urethane glue
and then repair the sheeting.<br>

method. It is an art form by itself! Too much foam and it makes a
real mess of things. I had problems with the foam expanding into the core
under the remaining balsa and causing a slight bulge. </span></font></p>
