<div>The PolyU is applied practically the same as epoxy, meaning similar amount is used. A 500 square inch wing will use about 20-25 grams for both surfaces....I use a piece of plastic such as hotel key as squeege, then a roller to smoothen and assure even coating. The residual on the roller is applied on the foam to activate the surface. Sounds more complex than it is. BTW, I asked a hotel clerk to give me some blank keys. Now I have enough to last the rest of my life</div>

<div>It's a matter of preference which to use. I have found neither adhesive to have enough advantage over the other to change the technique. I use PolyU to set the sleeves in the core and to apply the vertical spars to the sleeves. Then epoxy for skinning. The vertical subspars form an "I" beam, tying the sleeve to the skins. If you go to terry Brox's website, I explain it there.</div>

One part, spreads easy and cures hard and quickly with plain ole 02moisture. Gives ample working time and unlike epoxy will expand with moisture to fill voids and between foam beads.
