ailerons ? I have done two composite wings and had difficulty getting a suitable
cut and finish in the "V". They did work fine though. You need to watch the Phil
Barnes DVD. Sailplane wings are thin and easier to handle.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>You can place a full length Kevlar matt hinge under
the top balsa skin and otherwise do the same as with composite. You give up
torsional rigidity without the framing.</FONT></DIV>

hinging.

know of a site that shows how to top hinge wings with a foam wing or have any
