project my coffee from my mouth to the <BR>computer monitor screen in a fit of
laughter! Since everything in this room is <BR>traveling through space at the
same speed, there was no yaw or track correction <BR>required to hit the
screen. I think I found a "kinda - sorta" simple analogy for those <BR>who
still might not see the "airplanes don't yaw in a crosswind" side. Like Ron
<BR>said about a giant moving the pool in which you're swimming, or someone
else <BR>mentioned a fly, flying in a moving airplane. A fly, flying from the
back window <BR>of your car to the front window. It flies a in straight line
relative to the inside <BR>of the car. If the car is making a "U" turn at that
time, it flies in a U shape <BR>relative to the ground outside of the
car.<BR>
