<DIV>I've got two 1010's and two 210C setups.... I've been using 5 cell TP
5300 Prolites (5s,4p), wired in series to 10 packs... I have three</DIV>
<DIV>sets and have used them for two seasons of comps. They have
around 150 cycles on them. I finally puffed one cell on one</DIV>
<DIV>pack this weekend. That battery had been damaged by flying it in a
discharged state... My screw up, I picked up the wrong </DIV>
<DIV>battery and put it in the plane and flew it for a couple minutes before I
figured out what was wrong... When I charged it, it took</DIV>
<DIV>a little over 5300 mAh... Go figure!!!!!</DIV>
<DIV>The 1010 is a marvelous set up. Very safe and easy to use. As
far as capacity, you can read each cell votage during charge right</DIV>
<DIV>on the charger display. I only cycle the battery by flying
them. As the batteries are wired in 10 cell packs, I charge them as a
</DIV>
<DIV>10 cell pack at 5 amps, using the full charge mode.</DIV>
<DIV>I haven't had any problems that weren't solved with the firmware updates
from TP. Mostly individual cell overvolt stoppages from the
balancer.</DIV>
<DIV>As far as loss in capacity, I haven't really kept track of it. I know
that my packs are starting to wear down, but with as many </DIV>
<DIV>flights as they have and how they have been tortured, it's no
surprize My guess is that I have lost around 10%, just judging by</DIV>
<DIV>charge inputs. My cell voltages are starting to vary more and
more. </DIV>

& Extreme pack(s) feedback needed</DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>Hi, All,<BR><BR>For those flying E-Power on anything larger
than 40 size planes (mostly will<BR>be using 3000mAh or larger pack).<BR><BR>I
need some feedbacks on Thunder Power 1010C charger and large
capacity<BR>ProLite & Extreme packs<BR><BR>Did you have any problem(s)
with 1010C? If so, I would like to know what<BR>kind?<BR><BR>On the
packs above 3000mAh,<BR>How do you charge the packs, Full 100%, 95%?<BR>Do you
cycle the pack regularly for capacity measurements? Any lose
in<BR>capacity? How many cycles?<BR><BR>I am trying to talk to TP
regarding the charger & packs based on feedbacks<BR>that I
get.<BR><BR>Thank you,<BR><BR>Ihncheol
