<div><SPAN contentEditable=false style="DISPLAY: inline-block"></SPAN>I would be very careful about an arm (any material type) that doesn't seat fully onto the servo output spline. Although a metal output spline on the servo may not have the problem, I experienced a problem a while back with the arm not seated fully on a plastic output spline. The spline twisted apart. The retaining screw simply didn't go far enough and servo torque twisted the unsupported plastic.</div>

Usually you can work the arm off with a pair of channel locks by rocking it gently as you pull it away. Just brace the case top close to where the bearing underneath is seated and you won’t hurt anything.</SPAN></FONT></div>
