<DIV>"Behind the times" might be a good thing. I've heard of an instance, at a
major contest, where a pilot took off and shortly thereafter he heard a cell
phone ring. It belonged to one of the judges. The judge answered the phone, and
talked on the phone THE WHOLE FLIGHT while he was judging. </DIV>
