9ZAP, I wouldn't want to do it myself. It looks like open heart surgery,
with circuit boards laid aside on ribbon connectors. It isn't a pretty
sight. If the JR 8303 is anything like the 9Z, don't try it yourself.

the weekend, and checked the voltage in my Tx on the way out of the
basement, only to get a ‘Backup Error’ message on the screen. When I turned
off and back on again, everything was fine, except for the fact that all
memory had been erased. It’s a time waster to transfer all the settings back
in (I have them backed up on paper), but I need to know the
cause.<O:P></O:P></SPAN></FONT></P>
