small rate. If the EC does not look at why and take some action, the NATS

font-family:Arial'>3. NSRCA is an organization that each of you should be
very proud of. I know I am! They are one of AMA’s flagship
SIGS and do a great job of administering the Pattern NATS.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>4. We have almost 30 events held at the NATS each year
that have less than 10 competitors in it. Most of these 30 have 2-5
competitors. I don’t see how you can win a “contest”
with 3 people entered and call yourself the “US National
Champion”. A minimum number of competitors are being
considered. If an event falls below that number, the event will not be
flown. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
