The engine is pumping fuel and I get it flowing from the NV <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>Housing with the NV removed. New YS Plug
and the fuel runs fine in my other YS. When I pulled the plug expecting to find
the engine flooded no fuel came out the plug hole when spun by the starter. It’ll
pop and try to run once in a great while. I’ve removed the pipe and
header to ensure nothing there was doing it. This thing ran one flight after
coming back from YS. It went what I thought was lean but come to find out it

finish in the bore of the pump regulator. The plunger gets stuck and too much
