<DIV>I have thought about using a small spring on throttle, such that if the
servo loses power the spring will pull the throttle back to idle. Of course,
this will only work with a coreless motor servo, and the spring will cause the
servo to draw current when it normally would not, but I think the advantage is
obvious.</DIV>

need to have used a hammer on that RX it was obliterated when I scooped
the two garbage bags full of debris. I immediately sent the JR 10X
to Tony and ordered a dual conversion RX w/ full explanation of the
event. Jaccio switch, parsons clips and a two year old Duralite
battery. Not glitch before the crash. It acted like a battery
died. Went into first loop of Cuban eight. <st1:place
w:st="on">Loop</st1:place> opened up (blowback) slow rolled over and dove
in. No control on sticks, throttle stayed where it was at beginning

occurred with your last incident? I've heard of people losing
their replacement plane because they didn't realize they had either a bad
TX or bad RX and they used them in the replacement plane. Therefore, if I
were you I'd focus on making 100% SURE that none of the components used
before (that you plan to use again, including TX) are faulty.

but Earl Haury once told me that when he has a crash he takes the RX home
and introduces it to his hammer. This would certainly prevent any problems
with the RX (either causing the crash or caused by the crash) from downing

turning my new pattern ship into a dirt seeking comet similar to my last
Oly, I’ve been researching some possible causes, I recently read
from one source that one would or could have interference problems if
when using steel pull-pull cables and installing the antenna parallel to
them inside the fuse. I have seen a number of AC at contests
w/this configuration that seem to have no interference problems.
Your experience, thoughts please. THX -
