Now Fred ! Don't you go and get all ticked
off and leave this list.

I've been in this hobby for a long period
of time and consider myself relatively well informed, but I find that there is
always a constant flow of new information being put forth by members of this
group, including you, that consistantly adds to my store of information and in
many cases reinforces something that I previously knew and get reminded of. I
would not want to be cheated out of being a recipient of this vast resource
and if you left I would definetely feel a loss, so don't do it. I have found
many of your insights to be highly valuable additions to my
storehouse.

Over the many years that I have been a subscriber
to this list I have employed the basic principle that we "agree to disagree"
and sometimes vehemently, but realize that others feel just as passionately
about different aspects of the sport as I do.

I realize that I'm never going to change anything
here, but the opportunity to express my viewpoint and yes to sometimes even
vent a little is a shared priviledge we extend to each other with some
restraint to keep things from becoming overly turbulent.

With all that said, keep on being Fred
because you still have many good things to teach us and we need to learn to be
listeners, even if we're not always good ones.

Respectfully,
