good. Using the same 730-TP for almost 2 years now in my electric set-up.
basically the battery will just not charge as full as when new when they start

Even then, it doesn't just up and quit.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

can just get the 205 balancer and charge with a Triton just as easily, it just
won't tell you individual cell balance status. For batteries like the 730, I use
the TP-425 cause there is no balancer plug. For the 910, only balanced it once
and that was a waste (.005 out). I don't think RX packs get stressed to the
point of messing up the cells, unless you over fly them below the ~3V a
cell.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV>What about reliablity? How do these batteries fail? Is it detectable
before it's too late?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Is there a not too expensive charger ( not the 10101) that can be used to
minitor the LiPO condition?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I have been using SR batteries forever and I have learned how these
batteries fail. As a result it's easy to avoid the failure in the air. How do
you plan to ensure that the LiPOs don't fail in the plane?</DIV>

<DIV>Hi all</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Just trying to get some background on the use of LiPOs for reciever
packs.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>What are you guys using...2 cell, 3 cells?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Which regulators do you recommend? </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>How do you monitor performance? </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>How reliable are they in a 2C airplane?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Appreciate any advice.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thanks</DIV>
