award for each district might cost about $4800 total. Cost for the KF
(avg.) $2800/month. Please don't read into this. My point is that
we have cashflow and are not stuck between a rock and a hard place. We
simply have chosen a KF arrangement that consumes, by far, nearly all our
budget. This is the current choice we've made.</FONT></DIV>
