<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" color=black size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Here is the rules proposal concerning landing direction that was voted on -- It passed<BR><BR>RCA-07-8 – Paragraph 14.1 page 72<BR><BR>Delete the words “and landing” from paragraph 14.1 page 72 in the sentence “This orientation or Direction of Flight shall be determined by the direction of takeoff.<BR>Add the following paragraph to page 72.<BR>14.1.1 The pilot or helper may request a different landing direction to that used for take-off without penalty.
