<P>re: the 140RX woodruff key and little black washer: Yes, spares in the box are a must! But also...</P>
<P>a VERY small drop of blue lock-tight under the key will keep it (and the little black washer!) in place very nicely, and still allow you to pry it out for disassembly. Just make sure that the lock-tite doesn't seep out and glue the thrust washer in place... </P>
<P>Have on fear on this one - I've been doing it to all my engines for several years now, and the key always stays there till I want it out, then it always comes out with a little persuasion. </P>
