<DIV>I Just talked to Dave Guerin last week when I picked up my new bird. Focus
2's will be in stock by the end of Sept. I have not talked to Steve Wall, the
owner of Piedmont, but plan to call him soon. At any rate, Piedmont has done
some restructureing and will be back in bussiness soon and the Focus 2 will be
back in stock.</DIV>
