less with the higher up from exhaust stacks. Prop noise on the ground contributes
significantly, and is far less reduced by grass. We have a 22" limit
on props and regardless of size no supersonic noise. I think 22" at
6000rpm is an upper limit.</tt></font>

Pattern planes aren't the issue at our club, but the larger gas sport <br>
planes. Also what was the max prop size and did you relate it to
max RPM?<br>
