Something is wrong. Remove and clean
the adhesive off. I am very familiar with many Hysol adhesives, but unfamiliar
with Hysol 9462. In addition I cannot locate any info on 9462 on
the Hysol-Henkel website(all epoxies have a 93XX designation), which leads
me to believe that it is a repackaged-renamed adhesive or it is NOT an
epoxy, could be an acrylic. If it has a VERY strong smell then it is an
acrylic. What ever it is you have a mix ratio error, and it is not going
to get better if it has been 24 hours above 75F.

After about 19 or 20 hours the glue has not hardened. It has
thickened but it is still soft enough to move around. Is this normal
or should I pull the parts apart clean and re-glue? The application
was done in my basement and I am guessing that the temp is about 70 degrees.
