<DIV>I used the opposite tack here. I drooped the ailerons i.e. flaperons and used up elevator. Seemed to work okay. The really effective thing for me is to use idle up on the gear switch. I have retracts, so I set the idle as low as I can on the ground. After I take off and retract the gear, I get high idle and then low idle for landing. I too have quit using the airbrake switch for landing.</DIV>
