Absolutely no problems with the header coming loose or the pipe leaking.
Ok, I say no leaking now but when I first put the pipe in I did not mount the
Nishioka legs close enough so they "popped" out and the pipe did leak. I
also broke off the honeycomb and that caused the pipe to come loose as
well.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

decisions you provided is what I was interested in knowing. At 24mm,
nearly an inch it appears not feasible to use the NMP header with a traditional
Teflon connector. It would seem the best solution is to use the Hatori
header the muffler was designed to work with such as the 822. I assume you
are using a Hatori header yourself. How is the combination working
for you? Is it leak free? Is it maintenance free? Any special
considerations when installing?<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
