I use the foam clunk in the main tank because the fuel sloshes quit a
bit and bubbles do appear in the main when filling. The hopper tank never
empties so the level never changes and I use a straight tube in the hopper
straight to the back of the hopper. Never had a problem.

system in the Aggressor which is the hopper arrangement. 4.6 oz
versus 2.2 oz for the coke bottle.

Larry I would think that you should use the foam clunk in the tank that
directly feeds the engine. The main tank feeds the feeder tank so it will be
of limited use there

header tank to increase my flight time. Currently I have a 16oz tank in a
Focus w/ a 140DZ. I can get through the Intermediate Sequence and a couple
additional maneuvers, but then I’m almost dry. There isn’t enough room under
the wing tube to install a 20oz tank, so a header tank seems like the only
option. Unless someone knows of a header tank with a maximum height the same
or less than a Dubro 16oz…
