[Note: this is a resend since it seems my original mail from 11/6 didn't
actually get to the list!]

It's a _complete_ rewrite, so it may (in fact, _does_) still have some
bugs, I've particularly noticed the layout of the scoreboards on a mobile
device is not ideal.  I'll work on that as time allows.

I also haven't yet _tested_ the upload of scores from a contest computer.
I'll reach out to some of the CDs in D7 to get 2024 contest files and test
that as soon I can.  But I didn't want to delay getting the core scoreboard
history back out there.

I also took the opportunity to replace the old "why an electronic scribe"
home page with a memorial to our good friend Frank Capone who passed away
Nov. 1.
