[NSRCA-discussion] MasterScoring - Master pilot list

It's those that flew in masterscoring contests in 2021.
The accumulated number is 1,525, so a major cleanup.

Note that you can still export / import from a prior year contest if you're
not seeing your district pilots in the new master list.
