Oh yea dough.  It needs to be a series to do 10s.  So the best way is to solder your esc with two xt90s in a series.  Solder one device side xt90 plug negative to the black on the esc and on the second xt90 device side plug solder the red to the positive then just connect the two plugs with what you have left.  Then you can plug up your batteries to the two plugs.
