[NSRCA-discussion] New Masters Maneuver

My drawing of the loop with a 4 point seems to have caused some confusion. I assumed in the drawing the rolling and the KE-upright portions of the maneuver were the same length. This was simply to make the drawing easier. This is not necessary and the rolling portion may be any length but the points (KE and Upright) need to be symmetrical around the areas shown here. The drawing was to highlight the fact that the maneuver is not as first thought. The KE portion should be symmetrical just below the midpoint of the ¼ loop on both sides of the top.

Ok, I get it. I didn't realize that the rolling and non roling sections were to be of equal lengths.

The diagram is my interpretation as well.

Flying left to right I see the points beginning at 3 o’clock next point at 1 o’clock back to KE at 11 o’clock and completing at 9 o’clock, to put in it degrees the first point would be 90deg, second point at 150 deg third at 210 deg and the forth point at 270 deg, and of course do your best to keep it round.

Food for thought. In the new Masters sequence, think about the loop with a 4 point roll. Where do the rolls start and where are the key points for KE, Up-right, KE, and finish. Is the up-right portion of the roll symmetrical around center?
