Not sure if the NSRCA list is working but its been pretty quiet over the past few days so I thought I'd post.
Congrats to the new US Team!   Andrew, Jason and Peter, Jenn and Greyson.  Best of luck to the team and the returning US pilots, Kal and Joseph!  If I wrote the dates down correctly, Worlds were announced at Muncie for July 10-19 with the NATS the following week (20-24 July).

There are a ton of pictures on social media, but I put some pictures I took of the Team Trials contest on RCU along with some brief remarks.

It was so nice seeing everyone!  I was pretty busy keeping up with all that was going on but enjoyed a rare chance to socialize this year.  Spend dinner with 3 time TOC competitor Mike Mueller on Thursday at a fancy Japanese Shogun restaurant, then dinner with Ray, Steve and Dave on Friday- great restaurant just outside of Ball State.  Saturday night was the banquet which was very nice to talk to the Jesky's and Wickizers again along with Joe Walker and Brett.
On Saturday I just happened to set up my sun shade next to a gentleman at site 1.  That gentleman turned out to be Herb Consolvo.  We had not seen each other since the 1985 NATS!!  It was great catching up on the decades since those early pattern days.
THANK YOU to Dale Arnold who called for Joseph and me in the finals.  I think we'll be seeing Dale back on the D2 pattern "circuit".
Finally, much thanks to the contest management- Bill, Jon, and all in D4 that made this event happen.
