[NSRCA-discussion] Aircraft carriers

Can’t speak to the Model Y yet. My Model X can carry 2 pattern planes (nose to tail) and support equipment but 1 is much more convenient for the load/unload. But you can easily do a pattern plane and something else for evening/classic/EDF fun at the field.
I, too, have a Cybertruck on order.

Anthony,
I had a Ford Flex and it was fantastic. Great gas mileage and also a pleasant ride. It’s spacious enough to bring two planes and more room for a possible companion if need be. My son has a Volvo x60, I think it might be comparable to the V60. Not a ton of room for equipment, however it probably is easier to park as it’s a smaller SUV. If I had to make a choice it would be the Flex because it definitely has more room and may be a more comfortable drive for you as well.

Hello pattern pilots,
After 196k miles my Sienna is worn out and after 18+ years of driving mini vans I am done with those too. Contests are rarely big travel weekends any more and I never bring more than one plane so the reduction in space shouldn't be an issue. Now looking at a Ford Flex or Volvo V60. Does anyone have any experience with either of these or a similar alternative?
Thanks,
Anthony
