[NSRCA-discussion] 2020 NATS Input

Archie,

I set up a Facebook pool for D3 and the trend so far is for cancellation,
with a reschedule in the fall.  The poll runs until the next board
meeting.  The scale NATS were already cancelled by NASA and their event was
the week before ours.
