[NSRCA-discussion] 2020 Nats poll

Changing the NATS dates to any week other than the one used in 2019 may 
place one or more D1 contests at a disadvantage, or need to also be 
moved due to lack of local event CD.  Our D1 2020 season may have to 
wait to be organized after the NATS dates are solidified for 2020.
