[NSRCA-discussion] 2020 Nats poll

I know it’s way too soon, but for the Worlds, what’s the chance of doing it in August so it’s not the heat of the summer? A summer Worlds under comfortable conditions would be great for the participants. 

Since it’s a TT year, no choice but to be at the Nats whenever/wherever it is
