Yes.  Judging materials are included in your membership.  You may need to logout/login for your status as a paid member to be updated so you aren’t asked to pay again.

When you say again, you mean the $5 is included in my dues?  Because I haven’t paid $5, only the $40 dues renewal.

Monte,

I just paid my NSRCA dues about 30 min ago, and then I went into the Judging Certification section of the website to take the test.  However, When I click on the Sign Up for Certification link I’m taken to the PayPal site and it wants me to Join NSRCA again.  I also am unable to download any of the judging materials.

Do I need to also pay $5 for the test?  Or possibly my renewal hasn’t processed fully?

Please advise.

If you plan on going to the Nats, go to the NSRCA web site and check on your judging certification status now. All pilots in all classes except Sportsman are required to pass the AMA & F3A judging tests. If you’re not listed and shown as current in both AMA & F3A then take the tests you need. I recommend that you print out your passing results and bring it with you to prove you are certified if you are not already on the list.  Get it done early so there is time to get you on the updated list.

Check your status by going on the NSRCA web site at https://www.nsrca.us/ , then click on Judging at the top of the page, when the Judging menu pops up on the left side of the page click on Certification, a new pop up menu will appear then click on “Certified Judges List – AMA/F3A” Scroll thru the pages until you fine your name. If you are current the date 12/31/2019 will appear in both columns.
