[NSRCA-discussion] Apology

Wow! This is inexcusable! No amount of apology would ever bring back the
chance they had at finishing higher...not the venue, the weather
conditions, the competitors. It will all be different in two years. I
agree. The least they can do is offer an automatic invite in 2021.
