[NSRCA-discussion] Master Scoring Updates

MasterScore v1.0.8.1 has been updated with the latest FAI updates:

-Normalization done to the top half average (top scores will be > 1000)
-Prelim Carry-over normalized to top half of advancing pilots
-Top half is rounded up (i.e. 3 flights, top 2 determine average)
-Flight scores will be rounded up to 1/100 (i.e. 465.7701 -> 465.78)

New rules are triggered by the default sequence effective date so
historical contests will calculate with rules in effect at that time.
MAAC/F3A has not been updated at this time (pending a request to do so.)

New FAI/AMA sequences added - For those first few contests of the year,
please make sure you review the sequences you plan to use well in advance
of entering scores (see note below).


*Note to Sequence Committee - it would be very helpful if you could publish
the sequences in an importable format (i.e. comma separated values) and
include the spoken text, direction and exit attitude.  Scraping sequences
from PDFs is very time consuming and error prone.
