[NSRCA-discussion] 2018-2019 scoresheets are now available on the website

Hi everyone,

The AMA scoresheets (and F3A) are now posted on the NSRCA website - I know
that there are several contests coming up in early February.

Also, the judge certification is being updated to take into account the new
sequences and new rules for F3A.  These should be available by the end of
January.
