No.  I purchased it as a 12ZH and converted it to a 12ZA with the trainer momentary contact switch on the left top rear.  I also have the calibration program on the SD card so you can change the switches around as you see fit.

Well, when you enlarge the 3rd picture (whole Tx) you can see it says "T12ZH" on it.  Are you suggesting Futaba mislabeled their Tx??  It is really a 9???
