F3A does not allow two F3A pilots to share a plane at all. I don’t see an issue of an F3A pilot sharing a plane with a non F3A pilot during the finals as long as the logistics allow for it. Meaning that neither pilot will be delayed because the either pilot is currently flying or landing, etc.

I was thinking more the finals as far as both classes flying at the same time. But not sure F3A does allow it.

AMA RC Aerobatic competition rules appear to allow it in paragraph 4.5, 4.6, etc. It would have to be marked with temporary markings for each pilot when they fly.

Don't know if FAI rules allow for shared planes.

Hypothetically, it is possible for a Masters and F3A pilot to share the same plane except in the finals at the Nats?

The 2019 Nationals page has been opened on the NSRCA web site under the drop down menu at the top of the NSRCA web site’s home page. I have posted links to information and articles about the Nationals there and will add to it as we draw closer to the event. Check it out each month as we add information and articles up until the traditional Nats format goes up once the registration closes.
