I sure agree with that approach Steve. That is one of the reasons I left.. Mandates to change maneuvers to not get to boring to some that wanted more challenge drove many pilots away that don't have the time to commit to unfettered practice, Let alone have a coach. So many lose sight of the rest of the nations pilots and what their personal challenges are to become competent in their class.
