[NSRCA-discussion] May K-Factor

All,

There was a delay in the mailing of the hardcopy K-Factor for May.  The
printer decided to change the way all magazines are proofed.  We were
notified today (after already approving the proof digitally) and have
approved it now.  I apologize for the delay and have certainly let the
printers know my dissatisfaction with the communication and the delay.  It
should be mailed out this week now.
