Hey Everyone!

Some news on Team USA…     BEFORE I get to that,  we will be launching the team Raffle sometime this week.  I’ll send out a separate note, but we have some great prizes ( several 2M pattern planes, radios, controllers, and more) and a LOT of fund raising yet to go for us to make it to Argentina.  Be on the lookout for my email and Buy BIG and buy OFTEN!!

On to the news.

It’s with both pride and sorrow that I announce the Brett Wickizer has landed (pun intended) a pilot position with PSA Airlines!  It’s a tremendous opportunity for him and one that a young aspiring commercial pilot can’t possibly turn down.  Alas, as a result his upcoming training schedule has forced him to make the mature, but difficult decision to withdraw his position on Team USA.  To say this was a difficult decision for Brett I’m sure is a gross understatement, but doing so, and doing so early enough for us to make alternate plans, just demonstrates his continued commitment to the success of the team.

As a result of this decision, I’m happy to announce that AC Glenn, our team alternate, will be joining Team USA and accompanying us to Argentina this fall!!!     PLEASE extend congratulations to both of these gentleman on their accomplishments.  Brett on his new career opportunity, and AC for earning his place on the team.
